Hank Barnes is a software marketing leader with experience working for startups and large organizations in areas like customer interaction systems, business process management (BPM), content management and customer experience management (CEM).

In early 2000, he was one of the first advocates of taking an “outside-in” approach to website design, focusing Web efforts on delivering desired information to target audiences (rather than focusing on managing lots of rarely used content). Hank is helping SAP build awareness for the need to focus on Sales Effectiveness in today’s customer experience era.
